Naturpark Gantrisch - The route crosses the two gorges several times or follows their course. Large ice age meltwater rivers dug these impressive gorges into the molasse rock. Various bridge constructions can be admired.
Follow the Schwarzwasser upstream up to the Bütschelbach confluence. Climb in a landscape of harrows and rifts until you can view the Gantrisch and the Jura. Cross the wooden bridge in the Stieglenau, walk uphill through pastures and forests towards the church of Wahlern and Schwarzenburg
Die teilweise restaurierte Burgruine steht auf einem Felssporn an der Sense. Im 16. Jahrhundert wurde das herrschaftliche Schloss Schwarzenburg mit Teilen aus der Grasburg erbaut.
