Naturpark Pfyn-Finges - For a number of years, it is once again possible to cross the Gemmi pass from the top and go as far as Sunnbüel in winter. The walk leads from the Gemmi over the Dauben Lake to Kandersteg.
The trail descends slightly, is well cared for and marked.

Details

To reach the Gemmi, it is best to take the Gemmi cablecar which ascends from Leukerbad up to the Gemmi.
From Sunnbüel you can also take the cablecar down to Kandersteg.
From Kandersteg you can take the SBB railway back into Valais.
Tip: At the ticket office, buy a round trip ticket for all mountain cablecars, buses and trains!

In summer you can go walking, rock-climbing or fishing on the Gemmi. In winter you can go tobogganing, walking or cross-country skiing... Enjoy the wonderful view from the Gemmi down into the valley!
