Naturpark Pfyn-Finges - The devils have always been part of alpine stories. Geological processes may have inspired these alpine legends.
The objective of the excursion is to discover part of the geology of the Pfyn-Finges nature park by following the common thread left by the "Devils of the Park": the search for fossils ("the fingers of the Devil") and rocky glaciers in the Bachtal valley, the exploration of a narrow canyon to a mysterious waterfall located under the Devil's Bridge, and finally the observation of the torrential traces of the Illgraben.
