Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Wines and fine brandies from the Domaine Bösch in Hallau - with a belief in nature and loving handcraft

The Domaine Bösch is a traditional family business located in Hallau, the winegrowing metropole of the region of Klettgau in the canton of Schaffhausen. Our in-house wine selection consists of four Blauburgunder premium wines as well as one white wine. We are convinced that in order to create veritable premium products, one must treat nature with respect. This is why, in our winemaking, we have devoted ourselves to a particularly gentle care in the vineyard with minimal use of machines.

The Domaine Bösch also produces the following fine brandies:

"Mezzo Forte": Distilled from grapes and refined according to a family recipe.

"Quito": The pear quinces from which this elegant, fine specialty is distilled grow in our own garden.
