NATURE PARK-PRODUCER: Wetzenhof

Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Christine & Hanspeter Bleuler run their family business at the foot of the Langranden in the canton of Schaffhausen. Horses, suckler cows, pigs, a dog, cats and a few mice live at their farm.

The fresh Galloway beef is nature park certified. The young animals grow up in a flock and they only eat grass and hay. Galloway meat is characterized by fine muscle fibers and a balanced marbling, making it juicy and very tender. Experts say that the roast beef is a real treat!
