You can visit the old bakehouse and learn how Erschmatter rye bread is made. In the rye center you can then make your own rye bread in a modern style. It is the only bakery in Valais that produces organic rye bread.
Hotel Roggen has twelve single, double and family rooms with breathtaking views. The rooms are modernly furnished and all have a bathroom with shower and toilet, TV, radio, WiFi, safe and hairdryer.
The Restaurant Roggenstube acts as an ambassador for the Valais Rye and guests will find plates and dishes cooked and served with local Valais Rye.
