Les Serpenteys

Parc naturel régional Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut - Located between Château-d’Œx and Flendruz (take the road across from Des Combes train station). On the menu are fondue, croûte au fromage (open-faced grilled cheese sandwich), cold dishes and by reservation, chalet macaroni with roasted ham. For dessert, meringues with double cream and lemon tartelettes.
