January, February, March, DecemberNaturpark Diemtigtal - Short, half-hour loop in Schwenden: The easy circular trail is just the thing for a short break in winter.
The signposted winter walking trail leads you from the Geissboden post bus stop up to Schlunegg and via Obermatte to Schwenden cemetery. You return to the starting point along the Anger-Senggiweid winter hiking trail.
If you wish, you can extend the trail as you wish:
From Schlunegg, continue in the direction of Senggiweid (circular hike) or continue out of the valley from Schwenden cemetery to Anger.

From the post bus stop and Geissboden car park, the trail leads over the Fildrich bridge up to Buechi-Schlunegg. Here you follow the machine-prepared trail to Obermatte before returning to the Fildrich river at the Schwenden cemetery. Alongside the cross-country ski trail, you hike back to the starting point.Safety advices
