Jurapark Aargau - Experience the regional fresh cake made out of carrots from Küttigen, Nüsslisalat (lamb's lettuce) and Metzgete (meat dish from freshly slaughtered pigs), game weeks and wine from Wittnau.
Experience regional fresh cuisine at its best. In the rustic restaurant you will not only find a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. The menu offers you a culinary journey through the delicacies of this region. Regional beef specialities, home-made bread in the Span-Chörbli, home-made bacon specialities, ice cream made from Jurapark fruits, seasonal dishes such as Küttigerrüebli, Metzgete, game weeks, from the Grosmutterskochtopf, Rösti and Wittnau wines from our own vineyard.
At the Krone, lovingly furnished rooms with the evocative names "Sunflower", "Forest" and "Wine" await you. The rooms are equipped with TV, shower/WC and hairdryer.
Pig trail: The Landgasthof Krone keeps a group of free-range pigs on its pasture in an idyllic location. A pig nature trail runs alongside the pasture, providing information about the keeping, feeding, health and breeds of domestic pigs. The trail leads gently up the slope on a tarmac road. This is easy to do with a pushchair, but an accompanying person is advisable for wheelchairs.
