Landschaftspark Binntal -
Along the little road from the Restaurant Imfeld to the mineral mine, you can experience an insight into the most important rocks of the Binntal. The trail is 1.25 km long and climbs 150 meters in altitude. The duration of the walk is about 30 minutes. Eleven information boards introduce you to the rocks of the valley. The rocks characterize the landscape of the Binntal and are the foundation for the diverse minerals.
The explanatory panels are aimed for laymen and largely dispense without technical terms (also suitable for children). Experts will find more detailed facts in the informative short texts.
At the adventure place, approximately in the middle of the trail, you can listen into a stone, play melodies on the lithopone, practice your climbing skills or linger on the place with the small little men of stones and build various works of art. Further up, there is a magnifier glass Station where various rocks can be admired from very close up.
