Roggen Center: Restaurant and Hotel

Hotel Roggen has twelve single, double and family rooms with breathtaking views. The rooms are modernly furnished and all have a bathroom with shower and toilet, TV, radio, WiFi, safe and hairdryer.
The Rye Room restaurant acts as an ambassador for Valais Rye, and guests will find plates ranging from rare beef tartare on grilled rye toast to rye barley soup with Valais dried meat and mountain cheese to pasta made with rye flour paired with a deliciously spiced duck ragout. Among the classics in the main courses are beef fillet or lamb carré from the charcoal grill, as well as Wienerschnitzel in a rye breading, or for fish lovers, there are Egli fillets from the local Raron river on the menu.
