Wandern in winterlicher Landschaft ist ein ganz besonderer Genuss. Die beschilderten und signalisierten Wege führen teils von Dorf zu Dorf, teils als Rundwanderungen durch stille Landschaften oder zu einmaligen Aussichtspunkten.
Das barocke Bürgerhaus mit seinem Treppenturm steht im historischen Dorfkern des Bündner Bergdorfes Valendas. In verschiedenen Bauphasen wurde der Ursprungsbau von 1485 erweitert, aufgestockt und mit einem Treppenturm (Türali) ergänzt.

viaCapricorn is a mountain hike that leads through the natural habitat of the Alpine ibex. Per stage, experienced mountaineers need to plan around 6 to 8 hours.
The viaCapricorn leads in 3 stages across the area of the Safien-Rheinwald ibex colony. On the 1st day you walk through beautiful alpine meadows, past Piz Beverin and the turquoise Schottensee. If you are lucky you will see the ibexes!
