Parc naturel régional Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut - When Fanny and Sébastien Henchoz took over the family farm, they decided to inject a new lease of life into the business by growing, harvesting and drying plants and herbs that harness the ancestral power of the mountains.
A carpenter and a herbalist by trade, these alpine farmers are fully in tune with nature, growing and harvesting everything by hand. They work in rhythm with the moon and the planets to ensure the best possible growing conditions for their plants and herbs.
Their herbal teas and herb mixes are made from the plants that Fanny and Sébastien have either grown or foraged. Respect for the natural environment informs everything these dedicated alpine farmers do.
