Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - The iconic mountain church St. Moritz lies embedded in beautiful vineyards and watches elevated over the region.
Farmers found the graves of members of a Roman legion near the present church. Shortly afterwards, the church was built in 1491 and dedicated to Mauritius, the commander of the legion.
