Exhibition "The Franches-Montagnes horse"

Parc du Doubs - A didactic and interactive exhibition dedicated to the Franches-Montagnes horse is to be discovered at Maison-Rouge, in Les Bois (JU).

Visitors can learn more about the fascinating history of the unique Swiss horse breed, its characteristics, its use and its interactions with the women and men of the region. The breeding tradition as well as the special habitat of the high plateau will also be highlighted.

The Horse Foundation is a retirement home for horses, ponies and donkeys, occupying three locations: Le Roselet, Maison-Rouge and Le Jeanbrenin.
