The creation and preparation of the delicacies follows the same philosophies as our menus. With organic and sometimes rare ingredients from trusted local suppliers, Klaus Leuenberger concocts surprising treats of craftsmanlike quality. From Fox or Chamois Terrine to Valais Minestrone and Pine Bud Jelly, the products are dedicated to the local Alpine region and the spirit of the Slow Food movement. He makes and sells his products directly in the St. Georg am Hengert restaurant with its own little parlour.
