Parc régional Chasseral - Discover the origins of Tête de Moine PDO fondue through riddles, encounters and tastings along the Savurando in the Parc Chasseral.

The Savurando in the Parc Chasseral invites gourmet hikers to discover the origins of Tête de Moine PDO fondue on a fun, gourmet treasure hunt through the magnificent landscapes of the Regional Nature Park. Starting at the Hota Hotel in Saint-Imier, you will be given a riddle that will lead you to the next stop. At each stop, you'll be treated to a tasting of quality local products, hosted by service providers in various locations such as a farm or a mountain restaurant.

Details

• Opening days: from 1 June to 31 October 2024, Tuesday to Saturday, with a compulsory start between 10.00 and 10.30 am.
• Length of route: approx. 8.5 km
• Walking time: 3 hours
• Total duration: approx. 4-5 hours
• Equipment: hiking gear suitable for the weather, rucksack, water bottle, pocket knife.
• The route is a loop.
• A maximum of 10 people per departure slot is possible, please book all tickets online. Groups of more than 10 people can split up into different departure slots.
• The treasure hunt takes place partly on unpaved, sloping footpaths through the forest, and is not fully accessible to wheelchairs/pushchairs.
