Culinary-wise, the Hirschen stands for ‘Jurassic cuisine’ – inspired by the original flavours of the Jura mountains, with ingredients such as beef from the Horn farm, truffles from the Fricktal valley, saffron from Hendschiken and the world-famous Vacherin Mont d'Or cheese.
