Parc du Doubs - The Nature Centre studies wetlands, presents exhibitions and offers guided tours of the Etang de la Gruère nature reserve, home to Switzerland's largest peat bog.
The Nature Centre, located at the approach to the Etang de la Gruère reserve, aims to raise awareness about the environment and educate visitors on this subject. Situated as it is in the heart of the Franches-Montagnes region, the Centre offers a range of activities and events, guided tours and walks that are open to everyone.

Exhibition ‘Little balls of fur around the marsh. Le muscardin et ses cousins’ and “Faune sauvage du Jura”.
12 km circular hiking trail between Saignelégier and Etang de La Gruère via the Etang des Royes. The hike takes in the typical landscape of the Freiberg region: wooded pastures, pine forests and mysterious moorland.
This wonderful tour will calmly lead you from Saignelégier towards the Mont-Soleil and back to the start. You will come across beautiful landscapes within the Doubs and Chasseral Nature Parks.
