Naturpark Beverin - Tasty alpine cheese made from non-pasteurised milk, 3/4 fat, matured for at least 10 months in a natural cellar. The nature park cheese is produced on the Alp Curtginatsch, which is the highest cattle alp in the canton of Grisons.
The viaCapricorn leads in 3 stages across the area of the Safien-Rheinwald ibex colony. On the 3rd day you climb steeply up to Alperschälli. In the region of the ibexes you will find crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the view down to Schams.
