Auberge communale de Berolle

Parc naturel régional Jura vaudois - Aline and Andrew Antenen have been running the Auberge communale in Berolle, in the heart of the village, since 2016. In addition to burgers, their specialty, they successfully blend traditional café dishes with a more refined cuisine.

Located at the edge of the Marchairuz and Mollendruz passes, the Auberge communale de Berolle offers a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Alpine chain. Situated about twenty minutes from Morges and Rolle, the building has been freshly renovated. Its young owners, Aline and Andrew Antenen, have redesigned the café with a "Stop Motards" (Biker Stop) vibe and the dining room with a "Paysans Chics" (Chic Farmers) atmosphere. During the warmer months, the lovely terrace seats around twenty guests.

The café focuses on traditional dishes such as fondue, Malakoff, and sausages with cabbage, while the restaurant offers a more refined cuisine. Burgers, the house specialty, are served in both areas, which extensively feature regional and Swiss products. The quality of the Auberge de Berolle is recognized by the Guide Bleu, and it proudly displays the "Fait Maison" (Homemade) and "Swiss Wine Gourmet" labels. Last but not least, its steak tartare was named "World Tartare Champion 2018"!
