E-bike & Älplermagronen Pleasure Route

UNESCO Biosphäre Entlebuch - Beautiful circular route through the fascinating moor and mountain landscapes of Sörenberg.

From the village of Sörenberg the route leads you up to the moor paradise Salwideli and into the beautiful biosphere nature. Here you are in the middle of a moor landscape of national importance. Extraordinary animals live here, there are carnivorous plants and romantically wild mountain pine forests. At Alp Salwiden you will find some resting benches, ideal for enjoying your mid-morning snack to go. You cycle up an alpine road to Blattenegg, where you can once again enjoy the fascinating view of the village of Sörenberg and the surrounding mountain world with Brienzer Rothorn, Nünalpstock, Haglere and Schrattenfluh. The next section is relatively steep, you might want to push your e-bike briefly here. But don’t worry, soon you can get back in the saddle and rush to your well-deserved lunch at Alphotel Schwand.

To take along
Rain and thermal protection, pocket knife and backpack. Of course, you can also bring your own e-bike and helmet. With the appropriate fitness level, the offer can also be booked with a mountain bike without drive.
