Naturpark Pfyn-Finges - Experience and enjoy unforgettable moments at the family-run Hotel Arkanum. In addition to our exceptional themed rooms, we offer comfortable standard rooms, spacious four-bed rooms and cozy family rooms.
Mineral water is provided free of charge in all our guest rooms. You can enjoy your welcome drink on our charming terrace. The generous breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of regional produce. Treat yourself to a meal in our restaurant, «Höllenwein». Here you will find regional specialities, homemade cordon bleu and a variety of traditional home-style cooking. We can also accommodate guests with allergies by offering a range of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
The hotel is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility and features rooms equipped with a walk-in shower. All rooms were renovated in January 2026 and are furnished in a modern style. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep.
Our family rooms are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. The four-bed rooms offer you a comfortable box-spring bed and an additional sofa bed; this spacious layout is sure to appeal to you.
We are happy to provide children's beds free of charge.
The hotel is barrier-free accessible as well as rooms with walk-in shower without heel. The rooms are large. The family rooms are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The four-bed rooms are generously proportioned with a double bed and two single beds. We offer children's beds free of charge.

Experience the wine area and get to know the world of wine. Along the 6km wine trail you will discover wine villages, the wine regions and the wine technology.
The perfect route for an e.bike tour. Ride along the Valais language border and at the same time through diverse typical Valais villages such as Muras, Veyras and Miège. Enjoy the wonderful panorama over the valley.
Start with the cable car ride: Gampel - Jeizinen. From Jeizinen the route leads to Erschmatt and/or Feschel-Guttet. Between Leuk and Varen one crosses the Dala gorge. The descent goes directly down through Salquenen to the railway station at Sierre.
The artists' village of Veyras, where Rainer Maria Rilke lived, the Raspille Gorge, the Valais Wine Museum in the Zumofenhaus in Salgesch and the village of Varen are all well worth seeing. Another possibility goes through the forest of Pfyn/Finges.
The second stage takes you to wine-growing villages through the Mediterranean vineyard.
