Jurapark Aargau - A spacious partner inn of the Jurapark Aargau, offering home-style cooking, seasonal dishes and a wide range of options.
In the heart of the Aargau Jura Park, in Herznach-Ueken, Tanja Fleissner and Florian Stöter-Tillmann have been running one of the oldest inns in the Upper Fricktal since April 2025. According to dendrochronological findings, the Gasthof Löwen was built between 1571 and 1573. Thanks to a lift, the entire building is wheelchair accessible. It has a disabled-accessible toilet (with a nappy-changing table) and one of the eight guest rooms is also equipped for disabled guests. The restaurant features a smoking room for smokers. The centrepiece of the restaurant is the 260kg regulars’ table, crafted from American walnut.
We look forward to treating you to fresh, regional produce in our restaurant. From morning snacks through to the set lunch menu and a cosy evening meal, we offer it all. Our aim is to provide our guests with seasonal dishes made from high-quality fresh produce. From Tuesday to Saturday, we serve three delicious set lunch menus every day, one of which is meat-free.
