Naturpark Diemtigtal - The village of Diemtigtal is proud of its status as «Site of national importance». The magnificent old wooden houses and the church characterise the whole valley and could certainly tell a few tales from history.
Beside the Wakker-Price the community of Diemtigen has the status as a site of national importance (I-SOS 2007). Sites of national importance are regrouped in the inventory of national importance of Swiss townscapes worthy of protection (ISOS).
