Adventure Farm Erlenhof

Jurapark Aargau - Helen and Herbert Schmid open their farm - the Erlenhof in Wittnau - to visitors every summer. The visit is especially exciting for families.

The Schmid family's farm and Volg experience farm offer exciting activities for the whole family: an open stable with various small animals, information about suckler cow husbandry and cultivation methods, as well as play areas for children.

In summer, the farm can be explored through a treasure hunt, while in winter, the playground remains open, and the animals can be visited in their outdoor enclosures.

The farm shop offers delicious products from the farm’s own production and the region, some of which are Jura Park certified.

Getting there: From the Wittnau, Erlenhof bus stop, it's a 5-minute walk to Erlenhof.

Hiking tip: A family-friendly hike from Wittnau to Gipf-Oberfrick (1h 40min), starting at Erlenhof and ending with a visit to the sensory trail.
