Walk Gantrischseeli

Naturpark Gantrisch - Leisured walk on a direct route to Gantrischseeli and back to the starting point via the Obere Gantrischhütte.

First, follow the alpine road, then on a rocky mountain path through forest clearings upwards to the Gantrischseeli, which is dammed in a terrain hollow. Around the lake, there are some spots inviting you to linger. The water flow can vary greatly depending on rainfall. Through sparse forest, you ascend to the Alp Oberi Gantrischhütte. At the hiking trail junction towards Morgeten, a WC hut is available in summer. Over the alpine road, you now easily descend to the starting point at the Untere Gantrischhütte, where in summer a catering establishment is usually open.
