Getting there: From the Mönthal, Unterdorf bus stop, it’s a 1-hour walk to the Cheisacherturm (not signposted) or, following the footpaths from the Bürersteig, Passhöhe bus stop, it takes 1 hour 15 minutes.
Hiking tip: From Bürersteig via the Cheisacherturm to Gansingen (2 hours 15 minutes).

Shopping: SchoggiEgge delicatessen in Mönthal and other shops in the surrounding villages

Parking: A limited number of spaces are available on the Bürersteig and at Ampfernhöhe. For an authentic nature park experience, we recommend travelling by public transport.

Toilets: There are no public toilets on the Cheisacher. Please visit one of the restaurants instead and treat yourself to a refreshment.
