Jurapark Aargau - Forget everyday stress and let your soul dangle - the fitness trail brings together people, nature, and movement at 15 different stations.

On the unique fitness trail through the Moos-Seckenberg oak forest reserve, everyday stress can be forgotten. The tranquility invites you to actively perceive your body during training. The birdsong and the dancing leaves in the wind make every relaxation exercise on the yoga platform a special experience. Limits can be tested during a short sprint on the Finnish track, and various muscle groups are activated at the 15 stations. On the circuit, there is exciting information to discover about life in the forest as well as about satisfaction and joy in harmony with nature. The trail is also perfectly suited for a family outing with young children.

Pure jogging time is approximately 30 minutes

Catering: Numerous restaurants are available in the village.

Barrier-free & stroller: The fitness trail is passable with an all-terrain stroller/wheelchair on forest paths. The exercises are not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. An all-terrain wheelchair can be rented at Jurapark Aargau here.

Fireplace: Wood and grill grate are available.

Parking: At the train station (limited number) or directly at the start. For an authentic nature park experience, we recommend coming by public transport.

Toilet: At the train station (barrier-free and paid).
