Tiersteinberg Bike
Jurapark Aargau - The Tiersteinberg Bike route in Jurapark Aargau is a pleasure in every season. The wooded Tiersteinberg reveals surprising views over the Aargau Table Jura.
From Frick, the route initially leads through hilly terrain to a plateau between Schupfart and Frick. Passing the airfield, you reach Wegenstetten before the actual ascent begins in the forest at Tiersteinberg. Along the way, wonderful viewpoints with fire pits are found on the Wegenstetter Flue. Numerous other attractions such as the Ruins of Old Tierstein, the archaeological traces at Wittnauer Horn, or the Lourdes Grotto on the Martinsweg testify to the early settlement of the region. After a rest at Buschberg or the Old Tierstein ruins, the descent to Gipf-Oberfrick rewards with a delightful ride through the orchard landscape.

Parking: At Frick train station (limited number). For an authentic nature park experience, we recommend arriving by public transport.
