The Freiburger Pre-Alps route leads through several stages from the city of Freiburg to Chateau d'Oex. The second stage of the multi-day hike takes hikers from Plaffeien to Schwarzsee. The path mostly follows the wild and natural Senselauf upstream until reaching the romantic Schwarzsee. Surrounded by the peaks of Kaiseregg, Chällihorn, and Schwyberg, a beautiful mountain panorama opens up.
