A pleasant walk with fantastic views: From the Stierenhütte, a wide path leads to Alp Selibühl. The path only becomes somewhat steeper at the end and is ideal for a relaxed route.
Along the way, the panorama opens up with views of Lake Thun, the Bernese Oberland, and towards Emmental and Central Switzerland. The limestone peaks of the Gantrisch range are striking – from the rugged spikes of the Gantrisch, the Nünnenfluh, and the Ochsen to the gentler forms of Bürglen and Birehubel.
In spring, a sea of crocuses turns the alpine meadows into a bloom-filled landscape. During this time as well as the alpine season, please stay on the path to protect nature.
