In 2004, the City of Lausanne undertook major work and separated the agricultural operation from that of the auberge. The latter is completely renovated, enlarged with its two rooms on the ground floor and the first floor decorated by Nathalie Rais, with this successful blend of traditional and modern that maintains the charm of this “mountain pasture at an altitude of 843 m”.

At the helm, the new owner, Romano Hasenauer, favours intelligent and respectful management of resources, supplies from local producers, local cuisine with a modern touch and a family atmosphere that continues the tradition of the place.
