The Moléson botanical trail
Parc naturel régional Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut - At an altitude of 1,500 metres, the Moléson botanical trail delves into the rich vegetation of the subalpine limestone environment. From June to September, nearly 250 plants are labelled by volunteers from the Amicale Botanique.
The trail starts at Plan-Francey – accessible on foot or by funicular – and then crosses scree slopes and valleys at the foot of Moléson. Once you reach the Gros-Moléson chalet, you can descend via the Albeuve valley towards Moléson-Village. This leaflet lists 56 plants in alphabetical order by their French names. Each panel has a QR code that links to content in English and German.
