DREHER’S FINE FOOD produces a wide range of specialities with strong links to the Schaffhausen region. The range extends from fine baked goods to fruit spreads and compotes, right through to meat specialities.

The range includes, amongst other things, various fruit spreads and jellies, compotes, regional baked goods, as well as Dreher’s speciality salami, ginger ‘Bauernschüblig’ and game liver pâté.

Several products have been awarded the Schaffhausen Regional Nature Park product label. In this way, they contribute to regional value creation and bring the culinary diversity of the nature park to life.
