Jurapark Aargau - Listen to the sounds of the forest, sniff familiar and unfamiliar scents, feel the different materials with your hands and feet or perceive the region from new perspectives. An ideal excursion for the whole family.

What do squirrels use their whiskers for and how do migratory birds orientate themselves over thousands of kilometres? Where do snakes and lizards have an additional olfactory organ and how sensitive are the ears of the lynx? At eight stations on the Naturena sensory trail, you will not only learn lots of interesting facts about the senses of the animal world, but also sharpen your own in a fun way.

There is a cosy barbecue area and a small wetland biotope right next to the trail. The wetland biotope is a community of plants and animals that are interdependent and interact with the environment. An ecological balance prevails in a biotope, which is maintained by numerous interconnected material cycles.

The Erlenhof adventure farm in Wittnau is also part of the sensory trail. The farm opens its stable doors between 21 March and 31 October. Combine the sensory trail with a visit to the Erlenhof farm and experience suckler cows with their calves, rabbits, goats and chickens.
