Tito Miscia is a creative mind with high expectations when it comes to the quality of his products. Inspired by the seasons, he also creates non-standard ice cream flavours such as pumpkin, rose, wine cookie or rap.

The Miscia family also runs the restaurant La Cantina in Buchberg. According to the motto "We don't let fall, but we catch. We don't leave alone, but we stay in contact", Lotti and Tito Miscia integrate in their restaurant La Cantina young people in crisis situations to bridge before a follow-up programme or to intervene in the crisis.
