Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Explore the Jura foothills of Randen on horseback and be enchanted by the region, which is characterized by vines and agriculture. The route leads through flat plains and hilly landscapes.
On the way, you can stop for refreshments at the Babental Alpine restaurant or stay overnight: On the only alp in the canton of Schaffhausen, and probably the lowest in Switzerland. A short detour takes you to the Schleitheimer Randenturm, where you can enjoy a magnificent view.

Schleitheimer Randenturm
The Schleitheimer Randenturm is the highest point in the Schaffhausen Regional Nature Park. From there, 20 metres above ground, you can enjoy the unique view from the Randen over the Hegau, the Swiss Pre-Alps and far into the Black Forest.
