Les Rosatlits B&B perfectly captures the traditions of the Pays-d'Enhaut. The charming alpine chalet, which dates from 1648, offers guests an oasis of calm. Owner Caroline Rosat is also a committed supporter of the Park, and manages its Products project. Her passion for quality local produce has earned Les Rosatlits the title of Pays-d'Enhaut Authentic Products Ambassador, and is reflected in the B&B's breakfast menu.
Caroline and her husband Eduard are also keen sports enthusiasts. Whatever the outdoor activity, from skiing and climbing to river sports and much more besides, they are always happy to advise their guests on how to make the most of their stay in the region and enjoy everything that nature has to offer responsibly and respectfully.
