Landschaftspark Binntal - Klaus Leuenberger Speisewerk offers a range of natural, non-perishable culinary delicacies from the heart of a Gault-Millau kitchen.
The creation and preparation of the delicacies follows the same philosophies as our menus. With natural and sometimes rare ingredients from trusted local suppliers, Klaus Leuenberger concocts surprising treats of craftsmanlike quality. From Fox or Chamois Terrine to Valais Minestrone and Pine Bud Jelly, the products are dedicated to the local Alpine region and the spirit of the Slow Food movement. Klaus and Chantal vouch for this philosophy with their passion and daily commitment.
He makes and sells his products directly in the St. Georg am Hengert restaurant with its own little parlour.

This hike takes us along the Chapel Trail to Uf en Egga. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over the Rhone Valley there. From there, it's all downhill towards Ausserbinn.
