Mountain hut Selital

Naturpark Gantrisch - The Selital mountain hut is only a few minutes' walk from the Gäggersteg and invites you to linger with its cosy winter garden and wonderful view of the Mittelland.

Over the years, our motto has been ‘Let’s meet up in the Selital!’
Various reasons have now led us to make a change to our concept, effective from spring 2026. We intend to retain our motto, albeit in a slightly modified form.
The house will now be let to different groups:
- As group accommodation for overnight stays with breakfast or half-board (10 to 26 people) > no self-catering!
- Birthday parties, family celebrations, corporate events, cocktail receptions, etc. (minimum 20 people)
- As an event venue for private parties, weddings, business events, seminars, etc. with external catering


The public à la carte restaurant service will be discontinued.
