Family and theme route Gäggersteg

Naturpark Gantrisch - The family route is an easy circular hike that leads over the Gägger footbridge, which is up to eight meters high. The accompanying story "The Wild Türst – the stormy game at the Gägger" takes you and your parents along eight stations.

It roars and laughs and moans and crashes when Türst and his goats romp through the forest at the Gägger. Experience together with Türst how the wind destroyed the forest, how the trees grow, what roots look like from below, and discover the animals in the forest.

Along the way, you collect eight runes that form a solution word. If you know it, a reward awaits you. You can pick up the reward at the Selital mountain hut, the Schwarzenbühl spa hotel, the Gurnigel mountain house, or the Löwen Riffenmatt. On the circular route, you will find many nice picnic spots, but no fire pits. Open grilling is strictly prohibited in the forest reserve.
