Fricktaler Chriesiwäg: Additional route
Jurapark Aargau - The Chriesiwäg in Gipf-Oberfrick leads through the beautiful, cherry tree-rich landscape of the Fricktal. Along the route, you will find several information boards about cherry cultivation.
The Chriesiwäg in Gipf-Oberfrick leads through the beautiful, cherry tree-rich landscape of the Fricktal and conveys interesting facts about cherry cultivation. Various information panels complement the hiking route. The barbecue area, located halfway along the route, invites you not only to rest but also offers a unique view over the Fricktal. Those who want to continue hiking can switch to the additional route from the barbecue area or follow the path back to the village.
Alternative routes: During cherry blossom time (end of March to end of April), the Fricktaler Chriesiwäg is very busy. Therefore, we recommend switching to other routes that also lead through beautiful cherry tree landscapes: www.jurapark-aargau.ch/fruehlingstipps
