NATURE PARK-PRODUCER: Hiltifarm

Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Aubrac Natura-Beef from the Hiltifarm: Red like beef, nearly as tender as veal, succulent and aromatic.

Michaela and René Hiltbrunner manage a multisided family business in Bibern including poultry farming to produce high-quality Frifag poultry, suckler cow husbandry to produce Natura Beef, fodder production and a little bit of cultivation of land. On 1'500 trees (or on 3 hectares), table cherries, quinces and some apricots are produced. Moreover, 150 standard fruit trees supply fruits for making must and brandies as well as walnuts.
