Hike Vrenelidorf Guggisberg - Rüschegg

Naturpark Gantrisch - A hike with a beautiful view of the hilly landscape of the Gantrisch Nature Park: from Guggershorn into the Gambach Gorge

The starting point is the village square of Guggisberg, which can be comfortably reached by post bus from Schwarzenburg. Up many steps, it goes up to the scenic Guggershörnli with its wooden platform. Slightly more space is offered by the Brätliplatz on the neighboring Schwendelberg. Now follows a longer descent, initially steep, then over the elongated hill ridges and through the Bühlholz down into the Kräjeren, where the Gambach falls over the nagelfluh rocks in idyllic waterfalls. An ascent over a meadow path leads to the central viewpoint over the extensive municipality of Rüschegg on the Kirchenhoger. In Rüschegg Heubach or Hirschhorn you reach the stops of the post bus route to Schwarzenburg or Riggisberg via the hiking trails.
