Naturpark Thal - The Käserei Reckenkien (Reckenkien Dairy) manufactures certified Naturpark cheese such as the aromatic-delicate Hosenlupf or the Passwang Mutschli. Visit the Lädeli (dairy shop), enjoy a cheese-tasting and take a piece of Naturpark home with you.
15 farms from the hamlet of Reckenkien deliver your milk to the dairy named after the hamlet. Master cheesemakers Hans-Jörg Stoll and Josef Fluri process the silo-free milk into yoghurt and exquisite cheese specialities. Why not make the most of your opportunity and buy a piece of cheese on site straight away!
