Die Schüler:innen erleben, wie Berggetreide in der Muglin Mall verarbeitet wird. Mit dem gemahlenen Mehl backen sie im Holzofen der Mühle selber Brot.
Die Klasse lernt die Holzproduktionskette kennen. Sie startet mit einem Rundgang im Wald (1/2-Tagesangebot) oder einer kurzweiligen Wanderung (Tagesangebot). Beides endet mit einer Führung in der Arvenschreinerei.
Schinznach-Dorf - Wie aus Getreide Mehl entsteht und Brot hergestellt wird, selbst erfahren bei der Herstellung eines eigenen Brots aus alten Getreidesorten.
Während eines halben Tages nimmt uns der Junge Beppo mit auf eine Reise in vergangene Zeiten und schlägt dabei den Bogen zu unserer Gegenwart
Den Produktionsprozess vom Gras zur Kuh zum Käse erleben! Die Klasse besichtigt die Käserei in Müstair und besucht einen Milchbauern.
Die Wanderung von der Linner Linde zum Museum Bözberg verbindet alte Sagen rund um einen der ältesten Bäume der Schweiz mit interessanten Einblicken in den früheren Alltag der Bözberger.
The family-run farm Votre Cercle de Vie is a veritable alpine Noah’s Ark. The animals spend the summer in the farm’s mountain pastures in Le Pâquier-Mottier, part of La Torneresse valley in L’Etivaz, and the rest of the year at the farm in Château-d’Œx. The Mottier family are committed to working the land and raising their animals in a humane and environmentally friendly way. The farm has been organic certified since 2011 and rears several ProspecieRara breeds – proof positive of the family’s commitment to safeguarding endangered indigenous breeds of farm and working animals.
All products are homemade and available to buy directly on the farm or in their organic shop in the Les Bossons quarter of Château-d’Œx. You can also order platters of cold cuts from the farm as well as 5kg to 10kg fresh meat boxes. The farm is also home to Esther’s Feng Shui and naturopathy practice

Der Waldlehrpfad zwischen Andeer und Clugin erlaubt die Entdeckung des Waldes in seiner ganzen Vielfalt mit 11 Nadelbaum- und 26 Laubbaumarten sowie 20 Sträuchern. Zusätzlich sind verschiedene Nisthilfen für Vögel entlang des Weges vorhanden.
Tauchen Sie auf dem Waldlehrpfad für einige Minuten in das Ökosystem Wald ein: Zahlreiche Infotafeln stellen den Wald und verschiedene Strauch- und Baumarten näher vor.
Minigolf mal anders: Beim Waldminigolf wird auf sieben Bahnen aus Stein und Holz gespielt.

This walk starts at the satellite ground station, goes over traditionally cultivated fields in Brentjong to the rocky steppes. Having arrived in the Rhone valley, we recommend walking through Leukerfeld, which is outstanding for bird-watching.

The walk passes 6 different alps. The fantastic view of the Valais mountain world, marmots and bearded vultures are among the points of interest on this walk.

Leukerbad – Varen ladders – Salgesch
From Leukerbad the cultural trail towards Salgesch goes through agricultural regions, sections of woodland and past rock faces.
From Sierre railway station we drive with the bus to Miège church, where the walk starts. We cross the terraced vineyards in the golden autumnal light and follow the signposted wine trail to Leuk.
For a walk around Selibühl, there are two different options. The south route as well as the north route.
Discover wine and water between Sierre and Salgesch. The walk goes from Sierre past the Gironde Lake and along the wild Rhone to Salgesch. A wine-tasting stop at one of the wine partner companies is well worthwhile.
A walk to explore wooded pastures. This walk allows you to explore the wooded pastures typical of the Jura Arc.
From Mathon over flower meadows to Libi mountain lake. This beautiful lake in the mountain landscape with its barbecue area is the ideal spot for a break. Go down the alpine road to the village of Lohn, where the Echo Forest entices you to visit.
A relaxed, idyllic hike over green meadows leads hikers from Guggisberg to Riffenmatt.
