Robert Stübi, butcher of the village butchery R. Stübi-Schmied, now retires. Thaler-Metzg takes over the business at Dorfstrasse 45 in Matzendorf.

The speciality of Thaler-Metzg is Thaler sausage, a certified natural park product. Also certified are other sausages, for cold or hot meals. Look in the store and buy meat from here, it's worth it.
