Two Villages Circular Route

Jurapark Aargau - The Two Villages Circular Route connects the picturesque villages of Wölflinswil and Oberhof over approximately 8 kilometers and offers beautiful views, information about nature and culture, playgrounds, a stream footbath, and a fire pit.

From the bus stop in Oberhof, follow the signs to the Info-Schopf Bühl with information about different types of wood, forestry and forest management, flora and fauna, special features of the valley, and the Jura Park Aargau. Right at the edge of the forest, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the two villages Wölflinswil and Oberhof. From here you hike uphill through the forest to the foot of the Burgflue: with a bit of luck, chamois can be observed on the steep wall. About one hundred steps lead the "Juratritt" up the steep rock section and finally to the most beautiful viewpoint of the route: the Burgflue. The panoramic view extends, weather permitting, beyond the valley to the Black Forest, and the fire pit invites you to relax.

Along the route there is also an educational tree trail presenting 50 different trees and shrubs.
