In the beginning there was milk. 400,000 litres of silage-free organic milk, 5 farming families, 5 motivated people in processing, with milk, butter, yoghurt, curd cheese, and cheese all produced in-house.
Tasty alpine cheese made from non-pasteurised milk, 3/4 fat, matured for at least 10 months in a natural cellar. The nature park cheese is produced on the Alp Curtginatsch, which is the highest cattle alp in the canton of Grisons.
